How it works
Four steps, and we handle the hard one.
There is nothing to upload on this website. Once you order, we contact you and you send your photographs to us directly — by text or email, whichever you prefer.

Choose your bust and order
Pick a size and finish, fill in a short form, and pay through Stripe. Stripe collects your shipping address at checkout.

Send your reference photos
We contact you within one business day and tell you exactly where to send them. We review what you send and tell you if we need a different angle before going further.

Review and approve your digital proof
We send you a digital view of the sculpture. Ask for changes, or approve it. Approving starts the print, and it is the last point at which the order can be cancelled.

We print and ship your piece
Printing takes 2 to 3 business days after you approve the proof. Transit is usually a week or less with USPS, and occasionally UPS.

What makes a photo usable: good light, sharp focus, high resolution, and a clear view of the face. No heavy filters, and nothing covering the face.
Three angles is what we normally ask for. Depending on the person and the photographs, we may need another angle — we will tell you before any sculpting begins. We cannot promise that a single photograph will be enough.

Questions, answered plainly.
What photographs will I need?
Clear, well-lit, high-resolution photographs of the person's head and shoulders: one straight on, one from the left side or three-quarter angle, and one from the right. Recent photos work best. If we need another angle, we will ask before sculpting.

Some pieces in our gallery were made previously and do show hats or glasses. Those examples do not represent options we can currently offer on a custom order.
When do I send my photographs?
After you order. We contact you within one business day using the method you chose, and tell you where to send them.
Will I see it before it is printed?
Yes. We send a digital proof of the sculpture. You can ask for changes. Once you approve it we start the print, so approval is also the last point at which the order can be cancelled or refunded.
How long does the whole thing take?
There are four separate stages, and only two of them are on a clock we control:
- Photo review — we look at what you send and confirm it is usable.
- Proof preparation — we sculpt and send you the digital proof. How long this takes depends on the piece and on how quickly you reply to us.
- Printing — 2 to 3 business days after you approve the proof.
- Transit — usually a week or less.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If you need a piece for a particular occasion, ask us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
What are the busts made from?
Every bust is 3D printed in PLA plastic. Marble and wood describe the appearance of the finish, not the material. They are not solid stone or solid timber, and colour and texture vary slightly between pieces.
Can you make a bust as a gift?
Yes. Order in your own name and use your own contact details, so the photo request reaches you rather than the recipient. Tell us in the order notes if the shipping address belongs to someone else.
Can multiple people appear in one bust?
Yes. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm the arrangement and pricing.
Each bust is modelled on one person. If you would like a piece with more than one person, ask us first and we will tell you whether we can take it on.
Can I cancel a custom order?
You can cancel any time before you approve your proof. Because each bust is made for one customer, the order is final once you approve the proof and printing begins. Full terms are in our cancellation and refund policy.
What happens if my photos are not suitable?
We tell you what is missing and ask for replacements. Nothing is sculpted or printed until we have images we can work from.
How will my bust be shipped?
Packed protectively and sent via USPS, and occasionally UPS. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated by Stripe at checkout. Details are in our shipping policy.
I want a custom painted piece like the gold one.
Custom painted finishes fall outside the standard sizes and prices on this page. Ask us and we will quote it.
